A NAMI Community Event Hosted outdoors at Englewood Christian Church. 

We know that these divided times in our world have led to fear, anxiety, and other difficult emotions. The purpose of this event is to use art, yoga, music, and other outlets to help our community express their emotions, elevate their voices, and help regulate our bodies from the stress of the world.
